Temporary Retention: Candidate folders are kept only as long as necessary for enrollment, verification, and completion of the service. Once the candidate is fully accepted, their folder is permanently deleted.
Local Backups: Minimal local backups are maintained on secure and encrypted devices only when necessary for operations.
Regular Security Audits: We periodically review access logs and security protocols to ensure the ongoing protection of your information.
