Lingua Franca Solutions, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers educational guidance and support services for individuals interested in participating in English as a Second Language (ESL) programs in the United States (prospective students). By using our services, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Nature of Services

Our services include:

  • Educational advising and guidance regarding ESL programs.

  • Support in the collection and organization of documents required by schools and Designated School Officials (DSOs). Specific requirements may vary by educational institution; therefore, the types of documents and the level of assistance provided will depend on the policies and needs of the respective school.

  • Information on academic and administrative requirements for enrollment in English courses.

Important: We are not immigration attorneys, paralegals, or authorized legal professionals. We cannot offer legal advice, visa application assistance, or represent students before any immigration authority. All information we provide is educational and administrative in nature and should be verified with legal professionals where applicable.

2. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all information and documents provided are accurate, truthful, and complete.

  • Verifying legal and immigration requirements with attorneys or competent authorities.

  • Complying with all school and United States government regulations.

3. Use of Information and Confidentiality
  • The information provided by the client will be used solely to provide the contracted services.

  • We apply security measures and access controls, as detailed in our Privacy Policy, to protect your personal and educational information.

4. Limitations of Service
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee acceptance or enrollment in any program or school.

  • Third-Party Decisions: We are not responsible for decisions made by educational institutions or immigration authorities.

  • Official Discretion: The final decision regarding visa approval rests exclusively with the consular officer at the U.S. Embassy. Entry into the country is at the discretion of the immigration officer at the port of entry, based on their assessment at the time of arrival.

  • Non-Legal Advice: Any advice provided is informational, based on educational experience, and does not substitute for professional legal counsel.

5. Payments, Commissions, and Refunds
  • Enrollment Fees: Payments related to enrollment in educational programs are made directly to the corresponding educational institution. Lingua Franca Solutions, LLC does not receive or manage enrollment payments.

  • Company Compensation: Our compensation consists solely of commissions paid by the educational institution, which are disbursed only once the student has commenced their classes.

  • Additional Services: Any services contracted directly with Lingua Franca Solutions, LLC will be invoiced separately and must be paid according to the agreed-upon terms.

  • Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for enrollment payments made to educational institutions, as those payments are subject to the specific policies of each institution.

6. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
  • We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time.

  • Changes will apply to new clients and will be communicated in a timely manner.
