  • OUR VISION (The "Where"): To be a definitive reference in the guidance and placement of international candidates in English programs in the United States by the year 2030, establishing solid institutional relationships and maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.
2. Schedule of Fees for Services

Lingua Franca Solutions LLC does not charge students for our core counseling and placement services. Our primary revenue is derived from commissions paid by our partner educational institutions.

Note on Third-Party Costs: While our core services are free, students are responsible for all external costs paid directly to the respective entity:

  • School application and registration fees.
  • Tuition and housing costs.
  • U.S. Government fees (SEVIS I-901 and Visa Embassy fees).
  • Note: Auxiliary services provided by the agency will be quoted separately.
3. Refund Policy and Financial Disclosure

Because Lingua Franca Solutions LLC does not collect or manage tuition funds, our policy is:

  • Agency Services: As core services are $0.00, no refunds apply. For paid auxiliary services, refund terms are specified in the individual service contract.
  • Third-Party Refunds: Payments made to schools or governments are subject to their specific policies. We cannot facilitate these refunds.
  • Ethical Standard: We strictly prohibit our staff from collecting tuition payments. All tuition must be paid by the student directly to the school.
4. Independent Agency Disclosure

Lingua Franca Solutions LLC is a privately owned, independent educational consultancy. We are not a branch of the U.S. government or any specific government agency. We represent the interests of our student clients to ensure the best fit for their goals.

5.Scholarship Disclosure

Lingua Franca Solutions LLC is a placement and advising agency; we do not offer, award, or facilitate scholarships. > All students are responsible for their own financial arrangements, including tuition and living expenses. Any inquiry regarding financial aid or scholarships must be directed solely to the admissions or financial aid office of the educational institution to which the student is applying. Our agency does not provide assistance with scholarship applications or financial aid documentation.

Lingua Franca Solutions LLC is headquartered in New Jersey, USA, with a primary recruitment and advising focus in Colombia. We specialize in supporting Colombian candidates through every step of the U.S. educational journey. While our current operations are centered in South America, we are continuously expanding our reach to support international students from across the globe.
